What the $450 covers
- Permit paperwork prepared — the plan-set paperwork for your project, prepared from your site and system details, ready for the building department.
- Filed and chased — we submit to the authority having jurisdiction and chase plan-check corrections until the permit issues, instead of your office doing it.
- Utility interconnection — the interconnection application filed with the utility and chased through to permission to operate (PTO).
- Incentive paperwork — program paperwork that rides with the project (for example SGIP) prepared and filed as part of the same job.
- One point of contact — status on every project in one place, from a staffed bench, not a portal you have to babysit.
About engineering stamps: where a jurisdiction requires a PE stamp, we tell you before work starts. Stamps are coordinated through licensed partners at pass-through cost, or scoped out in writing — your call, made up front, never discovered mid-project.
